Who uses this app
Story Forge Publisher is a private tool operated by its owner for the owner's own YouTube channel. It has no public sign-up and no end users other than the owner.
YouTube API Services
This app uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
What we access
- Upload videos and set their titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions and playlists
(scopes
youtube.upload,youtube,youtube.force-ssl). - Read the connected channel's own analytics and revenue reports
(scopes
yt-analytics.readonly,yt-analytics-monetary.readonly).
What we store
We store, on the owner's own server:
- the OAuth tokens needed to act on the connected channel, and
- a record of the videos this app uploaded to that channel — video ID, title, description and privacy status.
Analytics reports are read to show them to the owner and are not stored. We do not collect personal information about viewers, and we do not store the Google account password.
Information on your device
This app does not store, access or collect information on or from users' devices, and does not allow third parties to do so. It does not serve third-party content or advertisements.
Sharing
We do not sell, share or transfer any data to third parties.
Revoking access and deleting data
Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account permissions. When the channel is disconnected in the app, its stored tokens are deleted.
